31 Days of Crafting - Day Twenty-Two - Last Fling....

....Before the ring!!  Isn't this the perfect card to go with a Bachelorette party gift?!?


The shimmer and bling of the background don't fully show up in this photo, nor can you tell that the tulle skirt is glittery and shimmery.
