Skulls and Bling

Who says a skull can't be blingy?  When I was making this card I envisioned a flourishy blingy embellishment, so that's what I used.  I really like how it turned out.  This is my entry for the Compendium of Curiosities 3 Challenge, where the theme is Effect Powders.  If you don't have a copy of COC3, you can get one here.

I'm also excited cause I used a brand-new stamp set on this card. That's always fun!
