Neon Flair

Happy Friday!!  I finally got the Hero Arts Neon ink pads and I couldn't wait to make a card with them for this weeks' Friday Friends with Flair!  I used my newest Unity stamps and here's what I created.

    I love that background!!! I got that stamp in a grab bag, but have never used it! I just love how you did it.

    And the sequins match perfectly! Love this card, great work!
