Witches Don't Have To Be Scary!

I LOVE Halloween.  I actually think I like it more and more each year.  I've made tons of cards that I donated to Cards for Soldiers this year, and this is one of them.  I found it challenging to work WITHOUT glitter at first, but now I don't even notice (that much!).
