STAMPtember - Day Three - Be A Mermaid

So I'm not giving up summer yet.  Granted, it's HOT and mermaids are year-round anyway, but still.  Not giving up.  I love mermaids and hope to make at least one more mermaid project this month.  This was a fun card to make.  I knocked out several of them to donate to Cards for Soldiers.
