STAMPtember - Day Thirty - Grand Finale!!

I really wanted to make a super elaborate Halloween card, but I got tired!  And I do have a convention to go to tomorrow.  So, this!  It's still cute and fun though.  I used to make inchie cards ALL the time.  Need to get back to that.
