**Colors of Your Country's Flag** New Challenge with Crafty Girlz!!!

Hi everyone!!  It's a new challenge at Crafty Girlz today and the theme is Colors of Your Country's Flag!!  You can always play along with an Anything Goes project, but let's get patriotic and see what we come up with!!  Our lovely sponsor is SLS Lines and I'm using Lazy House Cat!  It was very important to me to make sure I made this red, white and blue but not really USA-looking.

Happy Flag Day!!!

I just looooove patriotic stuff, so I knew I had to make a fun card for Flag Day today.  For those of you who don't know, we celebrate Flag Day in the US to celebrate the creation of our flag back in 1777.

I was inspired by a wreath I saw at Michaels for this card, and no, there isn't a flag on this card, but the inspiration is there :)

Will We Sing

Considering how much I love music I say YES we will sing :D

This is my very last minute entry for the Unity Be Inspired Challenge!!!  This is one of my newer stamps and just looking at it made me happy, so I decided to use it.


This was also my first time trying Copic coloring on textured paper.  Jury's still out on that one.

    Asian Doll

    **RECIPE** New Challenge with The Craft Garden!!

    Hi everyone!  It's a new challenge at The Craft Garden and this month it's a Recipe challenge!!  Create a card using three of these items:

    • Ribbon
    • Paint/Ink
    • White Space
    • Yellow
    • Something Fluffy
    • Banner
    I knew instantly that I wanted to work with paint and do a printed background.  Then I chose ribbon and a banner 'cause I just got this ribbon and wanted to use it :)
