Hi everyone!  I can't believe this month is almost over!!!  This is another card I made to donate to Cards For Soldiers.  It's a great organization to donate to!!

I love the way this turned out.  It's a little bit Barbie, a little bit Sex and The City.  People make rude comments about cards made with stickers, but if you use them wisely, they can turn out really cute I think!!

Okay so before I share this sign, I want to tell you that it was my first time working with vinyl for anything other than a card. It was my first time to weed, and lemme tell you I DID NOT HAVE A BRIGHT PAD I had to do it the hard way.  And it was hard. It was also a great experience.  I learned so much making these projects.  And that's the important thing, right? (That and the fact that I ate at least a whole cup of the M&Ms this sign accompanied over the hours it took me to weed it!)

Happy Wednesday!  Ya'all know I'm a huge Twihard, and when I saw this Sizzix die set, I couldn't not get it.  All I could hear in my head when I looked at it was Jacob saying "Ness was catching snowflakes" and I was like I MUST HAVE THIS.  So that's where the inspiration from this card came from.  Also, it's absolutely frigid today on the second of March!  Michigan!  Ugh!

31 Days of Crafting - Day One - Love Within Limits

HAPPY NATIONAL CRAFT MONTH!!!!  This is a favorite time of year for me.  New releases, lots of inspiration and SALES!!!  I try to make at least one card a day and I love to enter challenges and play along with sketches.  It's just a lot of fun!

For my first card today, I challenged myself to use a new die set and no other stamps or dies.  That wasn't so hard, but when I die-cut my paper, it buckled.  That changed my trajectory a bit, but I'm really happy with how the card turned out.

I know this is a terrible photograph and I apologize.  It's so gloomy and I was rushing to boot!

Also, you can't really tell but that glitter paper is silver with pink and turquoise flecks in it.  The paper behind it is striped, foiled and watercolor-printed.  I don't like to do anything simple lol.
