BLING IT UP/Anything Goes New Challenge with Creative Moments!!

It's a new challenge at Creative Moments and our fun theme is Bling It Up!!! You can always play Anything Goes, but bust out that glitter and rhinestones and make something sparkly! Our lovely sponsor this fortnight is Art By Miran, and I'm working with Star Light! This one was really fun for me as you all know I LOVE anything sparkly!!! I know I always use a ton of stones on my cards, so I went different with this and used pearls, glitter and other mediums. I wish they photographed better.

Inspired By The Weather?

Sort of. I mean it's fall, the leaves are falling and you DO need a sweater, but it's really not....fall. Not really.

It's Michigan, wait a day, blah blah blah I know but it's NOVEMBER and it's dare I say, WARM. It's throwing me off my game. The Unity Be Inspired Challenge inspired this card, too, I fell in LOVE with the sketch and knew instantly that this leaf stamp was the right one for this card.

Forever Is Only The Beginning

Three years ago today, The Twilight Saga ended when Breaking Dawn Part Two opened in theaters. Those of us that are true Twihards know that it never really ends, but I still wanna celebrate the final movie in the Saga.

Awhile ago I saw a project on Pinterest to make a shadowbox to hold your ticket stubs. I have years and years and years worth, but somehow I couldn't find them, so most of the films I put inside are from the past year or so. One of these days I'll find the rest and this thing will be busting.

I of course wanted it to have a Twilight theme, cause why not?

No matter how many photos I took, I still got a reflection of the camera in the glass!!!

Notice the all-important stubs I glued in place:

Anyone else LOVE this movie?? Alex Pettyfer* is sooooooo yummy!!

And the SUPER IMPORTANT Fifty Shades* stub! IDK where the ones went from my first viewing, and before you ask, no I didn't put my Twilight stubs in here they're in my Twilight book!

*I STILL maintain--as much as I LOVED Fifty Shades--that Alex Pettyfer would've made SUCH a good Christian! There's something about the idea of him wielding a whip that seems so......fitting.

You can also see the snowflakes have been heat embossed. I used the WOW Atlantic Seaspray embossing powder. I'd never used their powders before and they truly are a WOW.

It's green and gold and platinum and awesome. Perfect for this time of year!
