WHEW! I made it! Last day of the month!! March was a lot of fun but it was also a big struggle this year. I was sick a lot and at some points, had no mojo at all. But I powered through and I'm very proud of all I accomplished.
This final card is one I worked on off and on for days, because it's the kind of project that's labor intensive and can drive you mad.

I can't believe it's the last day of the Coffee Lovers Blog Hop! Quite a bright spot this last week I'll tell you. I'm a huge Disney fan as you know, and I was so inspired when I saw this resin piece that I rushed to find my biggest coffee cup die to create this card!

Good Saturday morning! I'm trying to be more optimistic than I actually feel this morning, it's not going so good. I should have some chocolate and revisit the topic. Anyways, since today is the 13th, I've made a Twilight inspired card for today. Bella and Edward were married on August 13th, and I figured this could be somewhat of an anniversary card for them. Once a Twihard, always a Twihard.

Happy Birthday to Barbie!!! My favorite doll, my favorite toy, something I still love and look at whenever I'm out shopping (which hasn't happened for a YEAR! 😠😠😠). Barbie has been a huge part of my life, and a fashion icon for 62 years!!! Everyone's favorite doll will always have a special place in my heart.
I usually do the card with a girly stamp, but this year I wanted to do something different. I took a die and created Barbie balloons. I love how it turned out. I feel the stones on the bottom of the strings are balloon weights. I like that I did something really different this year.

Happy Friday! It's a new challenge at Simply Create Too and our theme this month is Wet or Dry Embossing!!! I decided to go with dry embossing since I just got a bunch of new folders. I like making cards in multiples, especially with simple techniques like dry embossing. This is a 3-D folder and I'll warn you, it does NOT go through the Diamond Press Marquis! Good thing my Big Shot still works. Sort of.
Happy Hump Day!! Looking at the colors of this card just make me happy. I have really really grown to love purple and gold together as of late.

It's been so long since I've created a Hello Kitty card, I wanted to make one. I pulled out all my ancient Sizzix dies and got to work. The best part about cutting this out of so many colors is I have a bunch of pieces ready to make other cards with in the future!

Happy March and Happy National Craft Month! I may or may not be celebrating by shopping for new supplies every day this month. 😜 The first of the month means a new challenge with Merry Little Christmas Challenge Blog and as always our theme is Anything Christmas Goes. I got this beautiful die from Catherine Pooler for Christmas and just had to use it to make this slimline card. As you all know, I'm a little obsessed with slimline everything right now. I know it's not rational to rebuy ALL the background dies I already have in slimline sizes, so I'm trying to be selective. Sort of. 😎
